At Tracksy™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

🔹 Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
🔹 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
🔹 Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for your purchase, within 5–10 business days after receiving your return.
