Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 2 to 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received

  • Item must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return/refund, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Items marked final sale

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.


3. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective product, we offer exchanges (subject to stock availability).
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos if applicable.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).


5. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within few hours after purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
